**Responsible for providing leadership in the restaurant -- Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude with team while delegating tasks and giving instructions to achieve goals -- Work with team to act on customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner -- Direct team to maintain restaurant and equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards -- Complete checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shift -- High School Diploma or equivalent -- Restaurant experience is considered an asset -- Excellent customer service skills -- Excellent work ethic integrity --- Demonstrated ability to coach and train others -- Good time management skills and good problem-solving and decision-making skills.**

**In a typical day, you are accountable for**:

- Cash reporting, inventory control and scheduling during shifts
- Ensuring health, safety and security codes are met and followed
- Scheduling and reporting
- Ordering and inventory control
- Sales forecasting and modeling
- Hiring and training

**As a leader, you are responsible for**:

- Coaching, mentoring and training the team at their workstations during your shift
- Setting shift and week plans
- Developing your team and planning for the future

**You will also have the opportunity to**:

- Use planning and projection tools to ensure restaurant is ready for busy periods
- Identify issues and implement solutions that have an impact on the restaurant’s bottom line

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$40,000.00 per year
