**Type**: Part-time
**Location**: Primarily Remote, with occasional in-office hardware tasks (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada)
**Experience**: 2-5 years

**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for people who are passionare about their work, who thrive on being able to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Server Maintenance: ensure our small collection of Windows, Linux, and macOS servers are kept up to date and secure
- User Support: help other ISARA employees resolve technical issues on their company-issued laptops
- Cloud Service Management: manage access and scaling of cloud services used by ISARA's R&D team (AWS, GitHub, etc.)
- Hardware Management: ensure all new hires and existing employees have a functional company-issued laptop for all of their day-to-day work, assess broken hardware for repair or disposal

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience managing Windows and Linux servers
- Experience setting up, using, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS systems

**Additional Assets**:

- Familiarity with managing cloud computing infrastructure, preferably AWS
- Familiarity with GitLab and maintaining a collection of Docker images to be used as GitLab runners
