**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Product/Customer Pricing updates and maintenance
- Working closely with the sales and purchasing team to ensure accurate, timely pricing
- Audit and maintain contract pricing, special rebates, and customer-specific agreements
- Document pricing processes and maintain up-to-date procedures and SOPs
- Respond to pricing inquiries or discrepancies from sales, customers, or other stakeholders
- Collaborating with other departments and supporting special projects
- Analyze product and pricing data to provide actionable solutions
- Maintain and optimize internal dataflows
- Preparation of reports for senior management
- Prepare management and supply chain reports
- Update internal dashboards and reporting tools
- Create and maintain internal SKUs
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable interpreting complex datasets
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail; committed to data accuracy and integrity
- Effective, independent communicator
- Adaptable to changes in pricing strategies and business requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- College diploma in Business or equivalent experience** required**:

- ERP software experience(Epicor preferred) considered** an asset**:

- Experience with Python, SQL, or BI tools
