**Omega Boutique: Luxury Sales Associate**

Founded in 1848, OMEGA is a watch brand synonymous with excellence, innovation and precision. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will report to the store management team and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing optimum customer service, and performing brand ambassador duties. You will maximize productivity through your extensive product knowledge and assistance in meeting key store initiatives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide prompt, courteous, and superior customer service on a consistent basis
- Develop thorough knowledge of brand core and launch products to offer selection guidance to customers.
- Strive to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining the boutique’s visual presentation and image of a luxury product
- Participate as an active member of the Omega sales team
- Actively use selling techniques to influence multiple items per transaction (up-selling/cross-selling).
- Process sales transactions and special order requests
- Ensure loss prevention policies are upheld: comply with inventory control processes to prevent asset loss
- Assist with effective and timely processing of shipments (received/transferred), re-pricing, re-tagging, stocking and replenishment according to guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of store and assist with other job-related tasks when required
- Articulate OMEGA’s valued propositions effectively (product/ services)
- Resourceful when seeking product information (*able to think on your feet)
- Curious about the industry and keeping up to date with news
- Conscientious and aware of other people cultural backgrounds.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- 3-4 year retail sales experience in a luxury environment, preferably in high-end watches or jewelry
- Results oriented, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent sales, relationship building, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written); able to communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
- A self-starter who works well independently and in team environments
- Possesses a mature and professional attitude

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
Light to moderate physical effort is required. Significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
