**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and provide product or service information.

- Process orders, help with the logistics team when needed.
- Coordinate office activities and support staff with administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Manage and update customer information in databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

Pay: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
