**Job Summary**:
This role requires someone who can develop, maintain, and track complex schedules, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time. You will collaborate closely with the Program Lead and other key stakeholders to ensure the project remains on track, flagging potential risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the Program Start-Up Master Schedule, integrating input from Program Leads, Package Program Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress by monitoring activities and deliverables, identifying critical path items, and adjusting schedules as needed to reflect project acceleration or deceleration.
- Support the Program Lead by gathering inputs from reporting systems and stakeholders, providing clear and concise status summaries, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Optimize project setup and maintain accuracy in reporting by taking initiative to update progress from stakeholders and communicating results to management.
- Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) are clearly defined and tracked for large-scale projects.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Advanced to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project is required.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing large projects (1000+ lines) using project management software.
- Strong ability to track project activities and deliverables, define critical paths, and manage project timelines with a focus on efficiency.
- Solid understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Milestones, and Deliverables in large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to clearly report status updates and risks to stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Formal training or education related to **Project Control** or **Project Scheduling**
- **Project Management Expertise**: You have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining complex project schedules, with a solid grasp of critical path methodology and project controls.
- **Initiative & Ownership**: You take charge of optimizing project setups and proactively request updates from stakeholders to ensure accuracy in project tracking and reporting.
- **Communication Skills**: You can effectively communicate status updates, potential risks, and solutions to both program leads and management, ensuring clear and timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
