Evening Rehab Clinic Receptionist

Peak Form Physiotherapy is hiring a receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis for weeknight shifts from 3PM-8PM.
We are a busy rehabilitation clinic located near Port Credit in Mississauga. Our services include physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, and bracing.
**Requirements**:
- Medical reception experience, sales, and/or client services
- Experience with clinic management software, online insurance billing, and accounts receivables
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Personable and enthusiastic, loves interacting with people
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone mannerisms
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience with Jane clinic management software is an asset
Primary responsibilities:
- Welcome and receive clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Appointment scheduling, billing, and managing accounts receivables; follow up with insurance companies as necessary
- Maintain reception, kitchen, and common areas
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as arises; supporting and assisting various clinic team members as necessary
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the clinic’s social media and online presence
- Willingness to participate in local community events
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
