**JOB TITLE**:Auto Hauler Recruiter

**REPORTS TO**:Director of Safety
The incumbent will support full-cycle recruitment activities, with a heavy focus on sourcing. **The role will be responsible for screening and identifying qualified CDL Drivers.**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:“Essential functions” are primarily job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation made by the employer.
- Maintain recordkeeping and follow up with calls from potential recruiting leads
- Review company benefits and job requirements with potential new hires
- Prepare orientations, schedule onboarding of new hires, coordinating hotel reservations, transportation etc.
- Maintain daily/weekly refresh of job postings and advertisements (Indeed, Craigslist, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule new hires for orientation and gather appropriate information; communicate with all applicable departments
- Ongoing interface with HR and Recruiter groups to accurately identify and respond to existing and upcoming driver staffing needs.
- Professionally represent the company at meetings, gatherings, and conferences
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Ability to travel as needed (potential for 50%)

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous Recruiting experience required - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.
- Proven experience successfully using a variety of leading-edge sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, resume databases and search engines to source for and fill positions.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships and collaborate with colleagues, managers, and employees at all levels.
- Customer and solutions focused.
- Experience with handling confidential information

Verbal and auditory requirements include the ability to communicate clearly over the telephone and in person.
There is a moderate level of grasping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling of objects of less than 25 lbs.
