Canada Auto Lending is now actively searching for a **Sales Coordinator**to join the team at **our Vaughan Location.**

- In office employment 5 days per week (overtime if necessary)

**Employment Type**: In Office / Full Time

**Compensation**: $42,000 - $48,500

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and highlighting contracts for the vehicle delivery
- Ensuring units are licensed properly and prepared for delivery
- Organizing & coordinating delivery drivers for the drop off
- Inspecting purchased trade-ins and locates
- Closing files with accounting and ensuring all documents are provided as requested but the accounting department.
- Scanning all wet signed documents to accounting.
- Updating Sold Log and various other logs (Must have excellent Excel/PowerPoint knowledge)
- Closing R/O’s if required
- Doing Cheque Requisition
- Communicating and problem solving issues with the senior management team

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour and ability to accurately record messages and information
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Two (2) years experience as a customer service representative, or equivalent
- Two (2) years of administrative experience
- Must have licensing experience
- Dealership experience preferred
- Full G Drivers license with clean driving record
