Provide programming and ensuring it is responsive to the interests and needs of the participants, while meeting program deliverables required through the Early Learning and Child Care Act and Regulation and fulfills the vision and objectives of Lac Ste. Anne County.
- Provides direct supervision of all participants while in the care of the Program.
- Ensures the Program is continually evaluated to confirm successes and lessons learned, through personal observance, staff consultations, and participant and parent/caregiver engagement.
- Ensures the Program is delivered in a clean, welcoming, and safe environment, meeting all necessary federal, provincial, and municipal health and safety regulations.
- Actively participate in a team approach for the planning, development and implementation of specific daily activities, events, and program delivery
