**Position: Crew Leader**

We are looking for a full-time Crew Leader to join our team. You will lead a small team, drive a company vehicle with equipment to job sites, ensure work quality and safety, and interact with clients daily.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (up to three stories).
- A team player who enjoys working in small groups (2-4 people).
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Enjoys working outdoors and appreciates a flexible schedule (time-off requests always approved with two weeks' notice).

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team to perform exterior cleaning tasks, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Safely and effectively use tools for various cleaning projects.
- Manage time to meet project deadlines while maintaining standards.
- Train and mentor team members in cleaning techniques and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Must have valid First-Aid
- Proven experience in exterior cleaning or a related field.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and perform physical labor safely.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
