**THE ROLE - INSIDE SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST (Inside Sales Representative)**

Waste Logic is in growth mode - we offer you the opportunity to grow and take that next step in your career. For the past 2 years you have developed a broad range of skills in new business development in an inside sales role. You are a person who is responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good communicator. You have a proven track record of making daily cold calls in efforts to close business. You provide excellent customer service and troubleshooting solutions in a busy environment and have experience in the following roles and responsibilities.

**Some of the cool stuff you get to build and execute**:

- Research and identify new potential clients in specific geo-targeted areas in Canada
- Generate new business leads through daily cold calling of 30 - 50 prospects in the waste, recycling, and sustainability industry
- Action projects and specific new business targets as assigned
- Book qualified face-to-face or virtual customer meetings for both the outside sales team and yourself
- Manage prospects and leads via our CRM
- Achieve and or exceed all sales targets assigned
- Generate new business in Waste Logic’s sustainability program
- Other duties as assigned

**EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ years’ experience in an outbound new business development role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and CRM software

**EDUCATION**
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

**ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES**
- Evolving new business through the sales cycle, from active prospecting to the close
- Energetic and friendly with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment
- Confident self-starter with a desire to learn, preferring exceptional to the status quo
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and comprehension with attention to detail
- Manage multiple tasks and have exceptional follow-up skills, both internally and externally
- Comfortable working in an environment that is fast-paced and demands robust deliverables

**COMPANY BENEFITS**

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
