About Us:
Canada Shaws Consulting Inc, established in 2015, is comprised of a team with years of experience, including RCIC licensed immigration consultants and lawyers, dedicated to providing global clients with a wide array of professional services related to Canadian immigration, study, work visas, and business investments.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist to find qualified Canadian employers and build up relationship with them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners or managers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our client’s offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and discuss outlining terms of agreements. Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of engagement with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **English**:

- At least 1 year of related experience is required.
- Energetic, driven, and customer-service-oriented， Team player mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
- Proven success in B2B with a track record of achievements
- Cold calling experience preferred
- Recruiting experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
