Montréal, Canada Lady Davis Institute - Jewish General Hospital Full time

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
An immediate full-time position (35 hours/week) is available on the dynamic clinical research team of Dr. Mark Eisenberg. This position will be based in-person at the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology of the Lady Davis Institute (Jewish General Hospital, Montreal, QC), and will report to Dr. Tetiana Zolotarova, Clinical Research Associate.

The primary responsibilities of this position are:

- Draft research manuscripts for publication (e.g., commentary articles and narrative reviews)
- Assist with writing and publishing systematic reviews and meta-analyses (e.g., draft the study protocol, conduct systematic literature searches, data extraction, analyze and interpret results, etc.)
- Various administrative tasks (e.g., CV management, preparing PowerPoint presentations, organizing meetings, and submitting manuscripts to journals.)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in epidemiology, public health or a related field. Recent bachelor’s graduates with an interest in medicine, epidemiology or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and can work collaboratively in a team setting
- Self-starter who will bring new ideas to the research team
- Experience publishing original, peer-reviewed research articles is an asset
- Prior experience with systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and/or clinical trials is an asset
- Practice conducting statistical analyses is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with the following software an asset: RevMan, Covidence, R, SPSS
- Bilingualism an asset, but not required
- Willing to work onsite five days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
