Norwood Sawmills is a global leader in portable sawmills and is looking for an energetic, motivated Warehouse Associate to join the team Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will contribute to the Team with accurately packaging sawmill parts, picking orders to prepare for shipment or customer pick-up, assisting with receiving shipments from vendors & suppliers, and continuously creating a fun, organize, and safe workspace.

**What you bring to the team**:

- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse role.
- You have a keen eye for detail... even while performing repetitive work.
- Excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Capability to stand, bend, lift, and execute repetitive tasks through the workday.
- You enjoy committing to producing the highest quality of work.

**A typical day for a Warehouse Associate**:

- Efficiently and accurately package parts for Norwood and Frontier Sawmills.
- Consistently ensure the correct parts, and quantity of parts, are packaged per documentation/standards provided.
- Contribute to achieving targets while maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Review pick tickets and work orders to determine items to be picked.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items, verifying part numbers, quantities, and quality standards.
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments, including pallets and containers from suppliers and vendors.
- Unload items from pallets, using the appropriate equipment, and allocating to the correct area.
- Work in a safe manner consistently being mindful of safety owed to yourself and others.
- Look for ways to improve our day-to-day processes and communicate ideas.
- Maintain safe practices to reduce damage to the packaging and in accordance with our specifications.
