Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **chef d’équipe technicien(ne) en aérospatiale** pour se joindre à notre département de maintenance, lequel se spécialise dans l’entretien et la réparation de composants de cabine d’aéronefs, notamment les fours, cafetières, systèmes de toilettes, ainsi que les trains d’atterrissage, pompes hydrauliques et à carburant, et génératrices de démarrage.
**Responsabilités principales**
- Effectuer les réparations et le réassemblage des composants conformément aux manuels d’entretien (CMM) ou aux procédures internes;
- Assurer la conformité avec toutes les réglementations de Transports Canada applicables à la réparation et à la révision des composants;
- Coordonner avec l’équipe de planification afin d’attribuer les tâches aux techniciens;
- Former, encadrer et soutenir les techniciens dans la réparation des composants;
- Collaborer avec la direction pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus;
- Évaluer les besoins en nouveaux équipements de test et en outillage;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le coordonnateur des réparations afin d’aligner la production de l’atelier sur les attentes des clients;
- Diriger ou participer à des initiatives visant à développer et optimiser les techniques de réparation et les processus internes pour une efficacité accrue.
**Profil recherché / Qualifications**
- Diplôme d’une école en aéronautique ou équivalent;
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en réparation de composants aéronautiques;
- Expérience antérieure en supervision ou en tant que chef d’équipe (un atout);
- Solide connaissance du Règlement de l’aviation canadien (RAC);
- Expérience en réparation et/ou formation sur un ou plusieurs des composants suivants : train d’atterrissage, pompes hydrauliques et à carburant, génératrices de démarrage, fours, cafetières, toilettes et équipements de galley;
- Connaissance des systèmes ERP/MRP pour le suivi des bons de travail (atout);
- Esprit d’équipe, sens de l’initiative et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes de façon proactive;
- Excellentes habiletés en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour la gestion d’équipes diversifiées;
- Admissibilité au Programme canadien des marchandises contrôlées (CGRP);
- Autorisation antérieure de certification d’atelier (SCA) (atout important);
- Possession de ses propres outils personnels (les outils spécialisés sont fournis par Canrep).

**Canrep Inc.** is a distributor of aircraft components and a certified maintenance organization (CMO) specializing in the repair of aircraft parts and assemblies. The company is located in Mirabel and has been operating for 25 years.
We are currently seeking an **Aerospace lead hand technician** to join our maintenance department, which specializes in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft cabin components, including ovens, coffee makers, lavatory systems, as well as landing gear, hydraulic and fuel pumps, and starter generators.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Performing repairs and reassembling components in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) or internal procedures;
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable Transport Canada regulations related to component repair and overhaul;
- Coordinating with the planning department to assign work to technicians;
- Training, mentoring, and supporting technicians in component repair procedures;
- Collaborating with management to identify and implement process improvements;
- Assessing needs for new test equipment and tools;
- Working closely with the repair coordinator to align shop output with customer expectations;
- Leading or contributing to initiatives aimed at developing and improving shop repair techniques and operational efficiency.
- Degree or diploma from an aeronautical school or equivalent;
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in aircraft component repair;
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead-hand role (asset);
- Strong knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs);
- Experience in the repair and/or training on one or more of the following components: landing gear, hydraulic and fuel pumps, starter generators, ovens, coffee makers, lavatory systems, and galley equipment;
