The Guest Services Manager at Eganridge is responsible for overseeing all customer touchpoints for the Hotel.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments and setting standards and procedures.
- Training all new Guest Service Agents and Housekeepers in their position requirements.
- Responsible for departmental scheduling and maintaining HR and payroll requirements for your team.
- Management of Hotel Property Management System
- Registers guests and assigns guests to rooms while accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Assists in pre registration and blocking of rooms for reservations
- Possess thorough understanding and adheres to proper credit, and cash handling policies and procedures
- Encouraged to use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel
- Co-ordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department.
- Responsible for completing guest check in and check out procedures and settling guest accounts
- Must promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guest, managers and fellow employees
- Assist with other related duties, as required

**Job Requirements**
- At Least 2 Years Of Hotel Front Office Experience.
- A flexible schedule that will always include Weekends, especially in the summer
- Be reliably able to commute to our location, independent of being hired here. There is no relocation assistance available.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
