As a Quality agent, you will be an integral part of maintaining high standards of quality control and assurance in our manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will support production to ensure that raw materials and manufactured products meet established quality criteria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support production to ensure that raw materials and manufactured products meet established quality criteria, coach employees to respect quality criteria and answer questions.
- Document internal non-conformities and those from suppliers. Create and update quality sheets and instructions. Control, update and archive quality documentation.
- Solve simple problems related to quality in production and ability to get the required support.
- Perform quality control tests in production and in the laboratory.
- Take measurements on parts in order to do the dimensional validation according to the drawings.
- Calibrate certain equipment.
- Perform any other related task, in support of the department's activities.
- Open to job rotation : machine operator in production

**Qualifications required**:

- High school diploma and quality studies are an asset
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, experience in quality is an asset
- Experience as machine operator, an asset
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Communication skills, coaching and training, and fluency in French and English, spoken and written
- Open to job/task rotation and sometimes work outside of your usual schedule
- Basic computer knowledge (Office Word suite; Word, Excel) and ease in using and learning various computer tools (Outlook, Poka, AS-400)
- Teamwork oriented
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard, an asset

**Work schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
