**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Maintain and harmonize the processes and tools of the methods function;
- Identify opportunities to eliminate non-added values and optimize method processes;
- Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing improvement initiatives;
- Actively participate in the management of various projects: planning, monitoring of deadlines and actions, production, user support;
- Work closely with our developers, as well as information technology (IT), engineering, industrial engineering, logistics, quality, production and other functions;
- Investigate the root cause of issues and analyze potential solutions by evaluating the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and IT tools;

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a technical college diploma and/or equivalent experience;
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing and aeronautical field; knowledge of aircraft structure, systems and interior finishing will be considered an asset;
- You have an excellent team spirit, you are recognized for your perseverance and your judgment;
- You are innovative and have a good decision-making process;
- You have a developed customer mindset and have good interpersonal communication skills;
- You have a good sense of organization, planning and problem solving;
- You are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams;
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, in-depth knowledge of the SAP environment, as well as PowerBI and SQL knowledge;
- You are functional in the French language both orally and in writing. Proficiency in the English language will be considered an asset;
