We’re growing and currently seeking a Service Estimator to join our dynamic Roofing & Waterproofing team in Surrey. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to advance your estimating career, this is the opportunity for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the estimating process for roofing and waterproofing service projects
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide updates on bids, awarded projects, and new opportunities
- Maintain and update directories of vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Review project documents (drawings, specs, tenders) and perform accurate takeoffs
- Source pricing from manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Perform calculations and enter data into Timberline based on drawings and site visits
- Prepare and submit bid forms, tender packages, and quotations
- Follow up with clients, consultants, and general contractors on bid status
- Collaborate with CAD, purchasing, and production teams to ensure alignment
- Assist with bid bonds, warranties, CCDC documents, and related bid materials
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven estimating environment

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management (asset)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating, preferably in roofing or waterproofing
- Familiarity with commercial roofing/waterproofing systems and construction practices
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and technical specifications
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication across internal and external teams
- Experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) considered an asset
- High level of integrity with confidential project and bid information
- Strong multitasking, time management and prioritization skills
