- Competitive wages: base pay is $62,898 - $78,622/year. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre-screen.

Are you a supply chain pro who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and keeping operations running like clockwork? We’re looking for a Buyer/Inventory Planner to lead inventory and procurement efforts across our Canadian operations. If you know your way around SAP, vendor negotiations, and inventory optimization, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
**Reports to**:Manager, National Supply Chain
**Shift**:5 x 2; Mon - Fri, 8 hours per day
**Safety Sensitive**:No
- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be require
**Travel**:up to 10% across Canada and the US
**Relocation**:This position does not offer relocation
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment
- Manage used inventory and coordinate refurbishments
- Source materials/services with focus on cost efficiency
- Handle pricing, quoting, and customs documentation
- Maintain SAP records and generate inventory reports
- Expedite orders and resolve delivery issues
- Support environmental compliance and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with vendors and resolve performance issues
- Process credits and review import/export documentation
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or accounting
- Degree or certification in supply chain, logistics, customs business or finance is considered an asset
- SAP experience and advanced Word and Excel skills
- Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and unrestricted site access
