Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of meat and deli servers and ensure they provide excellent service to customers
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and onboard new customer service team members
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the customer service team
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and problem-solve with customers
- Analytical skills to assess customer service metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per year
