Currently, our Environmental Division is seeking a:
**Landuse / Regulatory Specialist**

to provide administrative support on the Landuse / Regulatory aspects of our oil & gas projects (pipelines, access roads, wellsites, etc.)

**The Work**:

- Accountable for preparation and senior review of Crown regulatory submission documentation (OneStop Variances, Site Assessment Reports, Water Act, etc.)
- 100% remote, home office based.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Experience with the Public Lands Act / Master Schedule of Standards and Conditions / Pre-Application Requirements for Formal Dispositions
- Experience preparing project rationale and mitigation measures for One Stop
- Experience reviewing survey plans and environmental reports.
- Detailed understanding of the Environmental / Regulatory aspects of the oil and gas projects in Alberta.
- Understanding of oil and gas construction methodologies and appropriate environmental mitigations
- Enjoy researching and problem-solving.
- Prior experience as a Land Administrator would be considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work alone in your home office.
- Detail-oriented, technical writing skills
- Technologically savvy with computers and new software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
