**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage scheduling, shift management, and payroll processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control and merchandising strategies.
- Implement effective sales management techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and inventory assessments.
- Foster a collaborative team atmosphere by encouraging open communication and teamwork.
**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in employee orientation, training & development, and team management.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with prior supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
