TH offers a wide range of acute and post-acute care including emergency and intensive care, medical/surgical care, obstetrical, rehabilitation and complex/transitional care and palliative care services. The Central Booking Clerk is responsible for the booking of Operating Rooms, OBS Pre-Admission clinic, Specialist Clinics, Day Medicine appointments, data entry for Wait Time Information Strategy (WTIS), registering patients for clinics, collecting referral letters and entering into Meditech Expanse.

**Rate of Pay**:$28.736-$32.973

**Hours of Work: 20 hours per week with **combination of days and evenings as required.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:

- College graduate with Office Administration, Medical Terminology Certificate
- Ability to work proficiently with computer programs.
- Typing skills with a minimum of 60 wpm.
- Experience / skills with scheduling and customer relations
- Must be able to multi-task; flexible to change work priorities and comply with
