Join our landscape maintenance team and take the lead in caring for premium residential and commercial properties. At Lamer Landscaping & Snowplowing Ltd., we’re looking for a dependable, detail-focused Lead Hand who can supervise daily operations, motivate staff, and maintain high standards of service quality.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a maintenance crew performing weekly and seasonal services
- Oversee lawn cutting, garden care, trimming, edging, and cleanups
- Ensure job quality, efficiency, and safe practices
- Communicate with clients and office staff as needed
- Train and mentor junior crew members
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power equipment daily
- Track and report completed work and material use

What You Bring
- 2-3+ years of landscape maintenance experience
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on mindset
- Experience with garden care, turf health, and equipment use
- Able to diagnose basic lawn and plant health issues
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Valid G license required (clean abstract preferred)
- AR or AZ license is an asset but not required
