You will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for each client, educating clients on products and shop cleanliness, as well as adhering to the Ontario guide lines for cannabis sales.

We are a small, mom-and-pop cannabis shop dedicated to bringing our clients the best quality, service and information possible. We pride ourselves in educating and helping our clients to ensure that they leave happy, and with a little more information than when they walked in.

**About the Position..**
Here at Hello, our Budtenders are here to help everyone with their cannabis purchases to ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy cannabis as much we do You will be tasked with with personalizing each clients visit to ensure they get what they came for and leave with a smile and some knowledge. This includes but is not limited to the following..
**Duties Include**:

- Greeting and ID'ing clients at the door
- Staying informed and educating clients on all products in house
- Giving the correct information so clients can make a good choice for their needs
- Maintaining organization of product displays and vault
- Dealing with all types of clientele in a professional, positive and upbeat manner
- Using the POS to properly and accurately cash out clients
- General upkeep and cleaning of the inside and outside of the shop
- Adhering to the Ontario legal requirements for cannabis sales
- Helping stock shelves and vault

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- A valid Cannsell (or be able to get one)
- 19+ and able to pass a standard background check
- Flexible hours (on call is a plus)
- 1 year minimum experience in customer service or sales
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Team Player

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
