**The bigger picture**

We’re looking for an engaging, growth-oriented leader with a member-first approach to come on board as an Area Manager, Commercial. As the Area Manager, you will be supporting a team of Business Advisors as they build trust and tailor advice with our members to provide needs based solutions. You strike a balance of being responsible with risk management and credit quality while being bold to proactively strengthen relationships with members and our communities.

**How you’ll be spending your time**
- Coaching, empowering and leading a team of Business Advisors to maximize sales, member experience, business development, and operational performance
- Ensuring the team’s provision of holistic financial advice and service solutions meet new and existing business members’ needs
- Fostering, retaining and growing Conexus business through the development of relationships with businesses
- Ensuring the team monitors portfolios to align with Conexus risk appetite

**The experience you bring**
- 5 years’ experience in complex business lending
- 2 years’ experience in people leadership
- CSI Moody’s Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) or willingness to obtain this designation
