for**The team at Dundas and Main Dentistry is looking for a passionate, **hard-working **Office Manager on a full-time basis.**

The ideal office manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and the dental professional team.

**Your Responsibilities**

Below we’ve listed formal responsibilities but aren’t limited to other responsibilities that may arise.
- Oversee scheduling patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments.
- Manage the daily team member schedule including verifying employee timesheets,updating team member schedules as needed, coordinating coverage for vacation time, reviewing timeliness of appointment completion.
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, families and employees that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
- Build patient/employee relationship through ongoing dialogue and resolving any escalated patient/employee issues promptly.
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of office supplies, deliveries, petty cash, etc.
- Manage the day to day finances by reviewing and processing accounts payable and receivable, strong AR knowledge and experience a MUST.
- Efficient at problem solving and critical thinking.

**Skills & Experience**
- 2 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or 3 years as a front desk.
- Experience with **ABELdent** is must
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments.
- Experience coordinating employee schedules and coordinating coverage as needed.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient/employee privacy.
- Highly proficient in conflict management.

**Salary: pay rate according to the experience**

**Schedule**
- 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Evening and weekend as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
