**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and replace windows and doors according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, measuring, and fitting materials.
- Perform caulking and sealing of windows and doors to ensure energy efficiency.
- Conduct restoration work on existing window and door frames as needed.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all installation processes.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to company policies regarding job site cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in window and door installation.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing installations.
- Familiarity with restoration techniques for windows and doors.
- Basic understanding of construction painting and drywall is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
