**Summary**

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Mountain Pizza & Steakhouse in Whitecourt. In this role, you will support the management team in delivering exceptional dining experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and team development.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering
- Support recruitment efforts to build a strong team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in financial management, including cash handling and reporting.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- warm welcoming demeanor

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
