**Job Overview**
We are hiring a Structural Project Coordinator to manage the integration of the tower’s structural systems with all trades. You will coordinate BIM models, review shoring and foundation systems, and ensure seamless high-rise structural execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review structural BIM models and run clash detection reports.
- Coordinate shoring, excavation, and parkade foundation systems.
- Support sequencing of rebar, formwork, and concrete pours.
- Ensure penetrations and sleeves are coordinated with MEP systems.
- Collaborate with structural consultants and site supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years structural coordination experience (towers or large parkades preferred).
- Strong BIM/Revit and clash detection background.
- Knowledge of seismic codes, shoring, and concrete construction.
