**Job Summary**
We are hiring a Technical Writer to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves writing proposals and editing technical documents. This position is for creating clear and concise documentation that effectively communicates complex technical information to a diverse audience. It requires strong writing and organizational skills to produce high-quality materials that support our services.

**Duties**
- Write proposals for RFPs that come from government or large organizations with a high level of complexity.
- Review and edit technical reports and documents
- Write RFPs for client projects
- Collaborate with engineers to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize word processing software to create and format documents professionally.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Create visual aids to enhance documentation.
- Ensure all materials are user-friendly and accessible to the intended audience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Previous experience with RFPs and proposals is a must
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
- Strong proofreading skills with the ability to catch errors and inconsistencies.

Pay: $55,600.00-$82,900.00 per year
