**Overview**

Primetime Custom, a Kingston-based custom apparel and promotional products supplier, is looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our experienced sales team. Knowledge of the promotional products industry is an advantage, but we’re willing to train anyone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and the ambition to grow their own sales capabilities.

We are one of Eastern Ontario's leading custom apparel and promotional product distributors. We partner with many leading organizations in our area, including Queen’s University, the Royal Military College, and the City of Kingston, but we’re also proud of the work we do with countless businesses, schools, clubs and athletic organizations in our community.

**Working at Primetime Custom**

Working in a detail-oriented, service-focused environment, you will collaborate with other sales representatives, clients, production staff, artists and suppliers to manage orders for custom decorated clothing, team apparel, and promotional products.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be friendly, articulate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, information-intense environment. The ability to manage details efficiently and accurately is essential, and a background in sales or customer service would be valuable.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Managing new and existing client relationships and finding ways to help and support our customers.
- Setting up and managing e-commerce apparel programs for school, club and corporate clients.
- Helping other sales, administrative and production teams meet deadlines as needed.
- **No cold calling** All inbound leads are organically generated, and we don't use any high-pressure sales techniques.

**Additional skills**
- High attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and numeracy skills.
- Professional and articulate communication abilities.
- Able to assist clients with order pick-up - must be able to lift 50 lb boxes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with other Microsoft Office software.
- Familiarity with team sports & uniforms would be an asset, but is not required. (Many of our key inside sales clients are club and collegiate athletic organizations).
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Corel, Adobe) would be an asset, but is not required.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) would be useful, but is not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
