Aparso's **Sales Specialist** drives growth by connecting customers with our high-performance, sustainable outdoor apparel. They provide expert product advice, develop distributor partnerships, and implement sales strategies to expand our reach and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Actively interacting with customers and providing professional advice on products or services to meet their needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Implementing targeted sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to showcase their benefits to customers effectively.
- **Account Management**: Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and enhance loyalty.
- **Market Analysis**: Identifying market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine products and sales approaches.
- **Distributor Sourcing**: Identifying and establishing connections with potential distributors in target markets to expand the company’s sales network.
- **Reporting**: Tracking sales performance and preparing regular reports to support company planning and development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven work experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in apparel, outdoor gear, or related industries.
- **Skills**:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Knowledge**:Familiarity with sales processes, inventory systems, and product trends in the market.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Technology**:Using CRM software, MS Office, and point-of-sale systems proficiently.
- **Goals**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI objectives.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- **Flexibility**: Availability travel as needed for sales events or client meetings.
- **Product Knowledge**: Passion or familiarity with outdoor apparel, highlighting features, materials, and sustainable practices.
- **B2B**: Business-to-business sales experience
- **Valid driver's licence**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36,179.65-$105,258.16 per year
