**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a HR Systems & Analytics, Workday Lead to join our People and Culture team.
Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, the HR Systems & Analytics, Workday Lead will be responsible for strategy, implementation, support, and maintenance of HR systems. This role will analyze HRIS performance, ensure data and integrations are maintained, and resolve system issues. This role will ensure system and data audits, and control processes are put in place, as well as lead technical and functional requirements and configuration. The position will lead training sessions for end users and lead/support projects as required.

**What your day looks like**:
- Managing the HRIS roadmap, including its evolution and evaluation. This may involve leading projects related to the implementation of new systems, ensuring they integrate with existing infrastructure
- Oversee and manage all system maintenance, including the review, testing and implementation of releases, upgrades, features, and patches in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department
- Responsible to ensure Workday processes align with regulatory requirements (i.e. data retention) and to conduct regular maintenance and audits of HR systems’ security, managing/updating security roles and access as requested.
- Serve as the Workday system expert to enhance and optimize system configurations, creating opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes to suit a variety of stakeholder needs while balancing enterprise-wide HR service delivery and business operational requirements
- Build custom reports and create reporting schedules for various internal stakeholders.
- First point of contact for HR Systems operational and end-user escalation inquiries
- Create and maintain HR Systems training material and user procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Oversee and manage all audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of HR systems. Identify opportunities for improvement to training, processes, or other configuration to support data integrity
- Conduct research to remain knowledgeable of industry standards, trends, and emerging HR technologies with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support.
- Provide change management and engagement support for new functionality across systems
**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems Management, or related disciplines coupled with 5-7 years progressive experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HRIS role with responsibility for support, maintenance, and configuration
- Workday PRO-HCM, Security, and any other Workday certifications are preferred.
- Experience in data validation and data auditing techniques to ensure accuracy and quality of large data sets
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, best practices, and the employee journey
- Experience in creating and managing HR analytics and reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding and configuration proficiency in Workday modules (i.e. HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Time Tracking), and impact to modular inter-connected systems (ADP, AD, Power BI)
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to prepare, work with and consolidate large, complex, linked worksheets and derive meaningful interpretations from multiple data sources
- Highly resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can calmly navigate change
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional client service and a focus on end-user experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
