**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Interpret contract documentation, drawings, and technical reports of various building envelope.
- Review Architectural drawings, building sections, junction details, wall, ceiling and roofing assemblies.
- Review window & railing shop-drawings and other shop-drawings pertaining to building envelope.
- Evaluate/review submittals, RFIs, technical dada sheet, field Rpts, and related construction documentations.
- Submit technical and administrative reviewed reports in a timely manner and as per company procedures.
- Review specs. from building envelope perspective to ensure compliance with documentations & design intent.
- Download and upload documents/reviews, maintain logs to construction software platforms as required.
- Manage project documentation deliverables, create tracking sheets and handle the workload properly.
- Handel project deliveries, associated activities, work professionally with team, clients and participants.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, consultants, and develop rapport.
- Collaborate with team member on different levels to execute tasks or other Building Sc. Duties successfully.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Architecture or Building Science.
- Experience in Architectural field or Building Science is preferrable.
- Knowledge of blueprint, building envelope, construction assemblies and cladding systems.
- Familiarity with OBC and technical understanding of building construction method and components.
- Competency at writing tech. reports, composing clear documents with strong editing and/or proof reading.
- Good ethics, people skills and clear verbal communication.
- Advanced computer skills to produce reports, documents, and various presentations, if necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills in managing paperwork, priorities and keeping projects deadlines.
- Valid driver’s License, and insurance as well as access to a registered vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
