**Job Title**: Service Co-Ordinator

**Schedule**:40 hours/week On-site

**Location**: Etobicoke.

**Type**: Permanent, Full-Time.

**Remuneration**: Health Spending Account (including Dental, Health, Prescription, Vision, Chiropractic, Massage, etc.). Benefits are entitled after 3 month probation is passed.

**About the Company**: Cool Check is one of GTA’s leading HVAC Contractors. The company was established in 1991 and prides itself in long term customers and long term employees. Cool Check provides excellent service for heating and cooling on all types of Commercial HVAC equipment. We specialize in Maintenance Programs for existing equipment and installation of new new equipment. We have 24-hour service for our customers.

**Job Duties**:

- Main liaison with Technicians and Customers for 10 trucks.
- Co-ordinate jobs and dispatch Service Calls, Approved Quotes and New Construction jobs.
- Schedule Maintenance Inspections with customers/technicians.
- Maintain the Schedule Board and Standby List for the department.
- Processing all work orders and paperwork from the technicians.
- Manage and maintain authorization of 407 charges.
- Updating the computer file with up to date information on customers.
- Monitor the GPS system on vehicles.
- Red Tag Resolution in compliance with TSSA rules.
- Attend weekly Tuesday Team meetings with office staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
