**Part-Time HR Coordinator (Hybrid) - $35/Hour**

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team in a part-time hybrid role. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions while enjoying flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll & Compensation - Process payroll, manage salary scales, and administer employee benefits
- HR Administration - Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documents
- Employee Relations - Support conflict resolution and performance management processes
- Workplace Safety - Coordinate occupational health and safety programs
- Training & Development - Assist in organizing professional development initiatives
- Diversity & Inclusion - Support equity and inclusion programs

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent HR certification)
- Experience in payroll processing and HR administration
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems is preferred
