Technical Project Manager

**What is the opportunity?**

**Location**:Anywhere in Canada (Remote).

**What will you do?**
- Lead end-to-end SaaS onboarding project by managing scope, budget, timeline, and all aspects of technology delivery management
- Build an integrated project plan in alignment with clients implementation roadmap and manage its seamless execution
- Work with large geographically dispersed cross-functional virtual teams to plan and execute complex business-oriented projects and budgets.
- Identify and ensure project plans reflect attainment of key success indictors.
- Review complex business processes end-to-end, identifying dependencies and key actions.
- Review activities on a cross-functional basis to ensure dependencies are identified, tracked and addressed.
- Ensure operational risks are identified and addressed through a project lifecycle.
- Lead project for all the implementation activities related to discovery phase, requirements, configuration and testing (SIT/UAT), performance testing including key change management activities, UAT activities, readiness assessments and supporting functional leads.
- Develop and present solutions to senior leadership; Provide key insights for operational communications pre
- and post-go-live, including reporting to senior management.
- Fostering a ‘one team’ project environment by working with cross-functional teams; influence and motivate teams with no direct authority over them and coach them through change.

**What do I need to succeed?**
**Must have**:

- 8+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and multiple stakeholder environment, preferably in Management Consulting, Financial Services, or Banking industries.
- Strong data analysis skills to synthesize complex data from diverse sources (qualitative and quantitative) and be able to make logical and persuasive recommendations.
- Hands-on expertise in creating and delivering high-quality customer-facing materials/deliverables.
- SaaS implementation experience and strong technology acumen, experience in managing development teams is an asset
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, and Power BI.
- Excellent articulation, communication (written/verbal), and collaboration skills.
- Excellent collaborator - strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and leverage networks with personal influence to drive success.
- Experience working cross-functionally and coaching others through change.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and facilitation skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environment.
- Basic knowledge of cloud concepts (goal to work towards).
