**LCM is looking for a Partime/Fulltime Building Cleaner 30 hours/week**

The Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning of all areas of the facility to ensure a clean and safe work environment. The Cleaner will also assist in the maintenance of the building, and lobby.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Empty trash and recycling
- Clean designated areas as assigned
- Ensure all restrooms are cleaned out at scheduled time
- Perform daily inspections of facilities to ensure that supplies are on hand, cleaning is complete, equipment is clean and safety standards are met
- Ensure all lights are on and repair any broken bulbs or burned out wiring
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- Ability to follow direction from supervisor.
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English and perform basic math skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass background check

**Physical Demands**:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently. The employee must be able to tolerate working in a confined space. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
