_**Position summary**_

Our supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staffing, cost controls, staff training, budgeting, administration and active floor supervisor during service.

** A minimum of one year restaurant management experience is required**

- Build and maintain relationship with guests, team members
- Customer service experience and exceptional attention to detail
- Communicate the vision to all team members and lead by example
- Follow bar, beverage and wine control procedures exactly
- Overseas all product for the bar, ordering
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork and reporting
- Hire and train all new staff members, train servers in up selling beverages
- Ability to perform well under pressure with the capability to be resourceful, problem solve and delegate
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong understanding of steps of service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Opening and closing duties
- Assistance with managing reservations
- **Qualifications**_
- Must have smart serve certificate, food handlers and first aid certificate an asset
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Must have a flexible schedule, work days, evenings, weekends and holidays, to support the hours of operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
