We are a leading construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Cladding Installer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for installing metal cladding on commercial and industrial buildings to provide a protective and aesthetically pleasing exterior.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications for metal cladding installation
- Measure and mark building surfaces to ensure proper installation
- Cut and shape metal panels to fit around windows, doors, and other obstacles
- Install metal panels using a variety of tools and techniques
- Install flashing, trim, and other accessories to complete the cladding system
- Ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards and meets safety requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in metal cladding installation
- Strong knowledge of metal cladding installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and shears
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
