**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree in Health Informatics, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience with statistics, and analysis is required
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Oncology Systemic and Radiation Quality Based Procedure funding methodologies
- Displays superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with many diverse groups including Decision Support, Clinicians, Information Systems and HIM coding staff.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrates effective customer service, leadership, judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, Meditech, and internet navigation.
- Evidence of strong technical and analytical skills, effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership, judgment, and critical thinking skills.
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent attendance record
- Proficiency in both official languages (English & French) will be considered an asset
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a new hire requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
