You will be responsible for any task assigned to you by your immediate manager or supervisor on shift, these will include but are not limited to:

- Brewing / Brewhouse operations: Ensure that all beer is produced to standards and specification by following recipes and procedures.
- Ensure BBTs and FV’s are on time for packaging and brewing
- Responsible for scheduling and tracking Brewery upkeep and maintenance
- Work with team to Ensure brewing activities are done following all health & safety regulations
- Assist with quality verification, food safe storage and traceability of incoming raw materials
- Ensure Fermentation/Aging/Bright Beer meets brand quality specifications
- Develop & maintain SOPs for all brewing equipment & processes
- Assist with implementation and development of new products, equipment, processes and pilot scale brewing
- Coordination of brewing supplies, monthly inventory reporting and housekeeping
- As well as any other tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working as a brewer or formal brewing education
- Team work skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
