**Vice President Asset and Non-Asset Revenue**
**Purpose**
Inspires a high-performing team, igniting revenue growth and forging strategic sales paths in non-asset and asset-based transportation / warehousing. Through effective leadership, they drive the company to triumphant heights while building a formidable team in the USA and fostering lasting customer connections.
**By 6 Months**:
**What Success Looks Like**:
- You have expanded the market of our non-asset base to the USA.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance brand visibility and generate leads that have contributed to the overall revenue target.
**KPI**:
- 2 million in USD sales.
- Achieving a 30% increase in overall sales performance across all product lines.
- You have played a role in ensuring that our marketing efforts are measured, and the conversion rate is above 3.5%.
**By 12 Months**:
**What Success Looks Like**:
- You have demonstrated the effectiveness of the sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives implemented by the VP of Sales and their team.
- Market Penetration and Acquisition: Expanding market presence by securing contracts with notable organizations. This demonstrates the successful efforts of the VP of Sales in driving market penetration and expanding the customer base.
**KPI**:
- Revenue Growth: Achieving a significant 25% or higher increase in revenue over the TTM.
- Acquiring a minimum of five new major clients as defined by over 1 million in revenue per client.

Vice-Président pour les Actifs et les Non-Actifs.
**Objectif**
Il inspire une équipe performante, stimule la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et trace des voies de vente stratégiques dans le domaine du transport et de l'entreposage, qu'ils soient ou non basés sur des actifs. Grâce à un leadership efficace, il conduit l'entreprise vers des sommets triomphants tout en constituant une équipe formidable aux États-Unis et en favorisant des relations durables avec les clients.
**D'ici 6 mois**:
**A quoi ressemble le succès**:
- Vous avez étendu le marché de notre base non patrimoniale aux États-Unis.
- Construire et diriger une équipe de vente performante.
- Vous collaborez avec les équipes de marketing et de développement commercial afin d'améliorer la visibilité de la marque et de générer des pistes qui ont contribué à l'objectif global de chiffre d'affaires.
**KPI**:
- 2 millions de dollars de ventes
- Augmentation de 30 % des ventes globales pour l'ensemble des lignes de produits
- Vous avez contribué à faire en sorte que nos efforts de marketing soient mesurés et que le taux de conversion soit supérieur à 3,5 %.
