**Roles and responsabilities**:

- Providing support and expertise in asset management, maintenance, and reliability optimization mandates.
- Assisting our clients in developing and implementing improvement strategies.
- Supporting complex improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Contributing to the successful completion of commissioning mandates.
- Collaborating in the development of best practices and methodologies.
- Develop and run training courses.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Membership in the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec) as a CPI or Ing. (Professional Engineer).
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and facilitate discussions.
- Proficient in project and group management.
- Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and skilled in content development.
- Familiarity with asset management principles, including ISO55000, is advantageous.
- Preferred experience and accreditation in reliability-based maintenance (RCM).
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) accreditation is a plus.
- Proficient in using the Office suite.
- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
- Willingness to travel outside Montreal and internationally.
