Business Development Executive

**About Us**

Gold Rain Processors is a growing grain trading and processing company based in Alberta, Canada. We operate both a grain elevator and a cleaning plant, exporting to multiple international markets. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to help us build a more structured organization, create new income sources, and develop long-term strategies. **Key Responsibilities** Work closely with the President to design and execute mid-to-long-term business strategies Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams Support and improve purchasing and sales processes, providing strategic input Organize and structure company tasks, workflows, and reporting systems for efficiency Conduct market research and provide insights for business growth and risk management Collaborate with internal staff (office manager, operators) to align day-to-day operations with strategic goals Represent the company in external meetings, trade events, and with key stakeholders when required **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, International Trade, or related field 3-5 years of experience in business development, operations, or strategic roles (agribusiness or trading background preferred) Strong understanding of trade, supply chain, or agri-commodities is an asset Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively **What We Offer** Opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing company Direct exposure to international trade and agribusiness markets Competitive salary based on experience Potential for long-term growth with the company

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
