**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service department.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about service options, estimates, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional recommendations.
- Upsell service packages, maintenance plans, and genuine Volvo parts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Volvo products, features, and service offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve department goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with automotive service procedures and terminology.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership management systems.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L9B 1B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
