We have an Environmental Service Lead Supervisor position open at the Avalon Retirement Lodge. This position is fulltime 4days or 32 hours per week.

We are looking for a dynamic Environmental Service Lead supervisor 4 days a week who will do the maintenance work and run all managerial duties for the housekeeping department at our Orangeville property.

The maintenance work will include; painting suites, light carpentry work, fixing drywall, installing cabinets and curtains, cleaning carpets, refreshing rooms and small interior projects.

This role will be expected to complete the Preventative Maintenance Program which will entail an understanding and troubleshooting a geothermal system. This role also will include an understanding of the HVAC, sprinkler and electrical systems overview along with troubleshooting issues.

The role is 4 days per week full-time working.

This position has great potential for anyone looking to get into supervisor position. It will provide the opportunity to oversee a small department and gain experience in the field.
